This fudgy, gooey Nutella Mug Cake is somewhere in between a warm brownie and slice of your favorite chocolate cake. Made in the microwave and ready in under 5 minutes - it's the perfect mug cake recipe for when you're craving chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1 large egg*
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ΒΌ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • In a large mug whisk together the Nutella & egg.
  • Whisk in the cocoa, flour & baking powder.
  • Microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until the top looks set. **Be careful when taking the mug out of the microwave - it will be hot!
