This easy fudge recipe makes smooth, creamy, delicious chocolate fudge every time. It only uses 3 ingredients and you can make it in the microwave or on the stove. Add in chopped nuts or candies - you'll love this easy chocolate fudge.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

In the Microwave

  • Line an 8x8 square pan with aluminium foil and grease lightly, or line with parchment paper. 
  • Place the chocolate chips, condensed milk & butter in a medium microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave on medium power for 30 seconds, then remove from the microwave and stir. Repeat until everything is just melted. Microwave must not be on high power. 
  • Pour into the prepared pan & chill in the fridge for 4 hours. 

On the Stove

  • Line an 8x8 square pan with aluminium foil and grease lightly, or line with parchment paper.
  • Add the chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter to a medium sized heavy bottom sauce pan.
  • Melt over low heat while gently stirring. 
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan & chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
