Peanut Butter Banana Bread
This peanut butter banana bread is a super moist banana bread infused with delicious peanut butter. Then it's filled with peanut butter chips & chocolate chips. Super easy, one bowl & no mixer - it's the perfect chunky monkey recipe.

⅓ cup vegetable oil ½ cup peanut butter 1 cup brown sugar , packed 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1 cup mashed bananas , about 2-3 ⅓ cup milk 2 cup all-purpose flour ½ tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt ½ cup peanut butter chips ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Grease & flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan, or line with parchment paper. In a large bowl whisk together the oil, peanut butter, sugar, eggs & vanilla. Stir in the mashed bananas and milk. Gently fold in the flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt. Followed by the peanut butter & chocolate chips. Be careful not to over mix. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour. If the top of the loaf starts to brown too much, tent a piece of aluminium foil and place over top around 40 minutes. Calories: 399 kcal
