Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 medium large banana (yellow in color and ripe, but not black or green), cut into 3 or 4 pieces
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey ,depending on how sweet you like it
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
