Thick, tropical & full of sunny fruit flavors to brighten even the dreariest of days – this healthy Mango Fruit Smoothie is the perfect pick me up!This time of year I start feeling very jealous when I look at social media and see everyone’s snaps of hot vacations. I’m sitting in my sweatpants, lacking vitamin D & hibernating while everyone else seems to by lying on a beach drinking margaritas…
Ok green-eyed monster.
Not that I’m ready to slip out of sweatpants… but a tropical vacation would definitely be enough motivation to turn around my forever laziness and hit the gym.
So today I’m calling it even with an absolutely delicious Mango Fruit Smoothie. It’s thick, creamy & vacation approved with a healthy ingredient list to remind you of the tropics and help you feel bikini ready.
It reminds me of a a drinkable Dole Whip with its mangoes, pineapple & bananas. Then Greek yogurt keeps it creamy & thick – plus it adds extra protein to keep you full. You’ll really feel like you’re eating mango ice cream or some sort of tropical milk shake. Either way, and a whole lot less calories than the unhealthy version.

Just wondered if I could use frozen pineapple chunks instead of the pineapple juice? Have them in my freezer along with a frozen banana! Thank you!
I think that would be fine. You might just want to add a little water or orange juice if it won’t blend.
