Best of all – the recipe couldn’t be easier to make. For the tart shells, we’re using frozen pastry. Then the delicious creamy vanilla filling is made with vanilla pudding mix. Then we’re adding a little orange zest for more flavor, and whipped topping for a fluffy delicious consistency.
You can then top the tarts with your favorite berries and fruits. I typically use berries in the summer, but they’re also delicious with kiwis, oranges, pineapples – you name it.
