Today I’m sharing these adorable mini fruit tarts over on Oh Sweet Basil. It’s a super easy recipe that comes together in no time, and the tarts are so adorable.

Best of all – the recipe couldn’t be easier to make. For the tart shells, we’re using frozen pastry. Then the delicious creamy vanilla filling is made with vanilla pudding mix. Then we’re adding a little orange zest for more flavor, and whipped topping for a fluffy delicious consistency.Mini fruit tarts have buttery pastry and a vanilla pudding filling.
