Lately I’ve been loving all the fresh peaches that are in season. Unfortunately I don’t live anywhere where I could go peach picking, but eating a slice of this peach coffee cake for breakfast definitely makes me feel better about it.

The cake starts with a moist, buttery, deliciously soft vanilla cake. Then come the juicy peaches. You can use fresh or canned peaches here, but if using canned just make sure to drain them first. And a drizzle of vanilla glaze for good measure.
