These pumpkin white chocolate chip muffins are fluffy, moist and filled with white chocolate chips. The pumpkin flavor & spices go deliciously with sweet white chocolate for a combo that’s completely delicious.
Today I’m sharing these pumpkin white chocolate chip muffins over on Oh Sweet Basil. The combination of pumpkin and white chocolate is maybe a little different than most pumpkin recipes – but you’re definitely going to love it.
The pumpkin muffins are moist and fluffy with a soft, slightly springy muffin crumb. They have the perfect texture thanks to using oil, brown sugar, a little sour cream and of course the pumpkin.
Not only is the pumpkin flavor delicious – but it also adds moisture to bake goods. So there’s no dry muffin crumbs here.
Then these pumpkin white chocolate chip muffins are packed with flavor thanks to brown sugar, pumpkin pie spices, vanilla, pumpkin (of course), and white chocolate chips. They’re seriously delicious and the perfect muffin for fall.
So head on over to Oh Sweet Basil to get the recipe!
I found this recipe last fall – so delicious!!! I have made these muffins several times since for fundraisers, teacher appreciation and care packages for my college kids. I have also made them in mini muffin tins – cut the time in half and they are the perfect bite sized snack.
