As 2017 is almost coming to a close – here’s my list of the top 10 recipes of 2017 on Just So Tasty! 
Today I’m staring at my computer seriously wondering how it’s possible that 2017 is coming to an end. Is that really happening? Or am I in some kind of weird twilight zone? Because it seriously doesn’t seem possible if you ask me.
But alas – as I sit here eating the chocolate from my Christmas stocking and realizing the truth thats upon us – it’s time to reminisce and recap on 2017.
First and foremost, I have to give a huge thank you to every single person who stopped by on Just So Tasty this year. Thank you for your sweet comments, pins, shares, and love. Without all of you, my blog would just be my own little corner of the internet and I very well may have completely given up after a few months.
But here we are, 2.5 years since my first ever blog post – and I have all of you to thank. So once again – here’s to you! (I’m celebrating with a Lindt ball).
So without further ado, here’s the Top 10 Recipes of 2017. It’s most viewed recipes that were published in 2017.
Everyone loves breakfast. And these Fluffy Ricotta Pancakes are just a little extra special. The ricotta makes them extra fluffy and adds this absolutely delicious creamy flavor. 
9. Bakery Style Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
I’m so glad that you all love chocolate just as much as I do. Because these giant bakery style double chocolate chip cookies are definitely one of my favorites too. They’re giant, they’re gooey on the inside, and big on chocolate. 
8. Fudgy Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Frosting
I originally posted this fudgy chocolate cake with raspberry frosting before Valentine’s day – and I can definitely say that it was a hit. The chocolate cake is oh so moist. Then the frosting is bright pink thanks to fresh raspberries. 
7. Apple Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
Apple recipes are so perfect for fall. And this apple spice cake just might be my favorite apple recipe. The cake is moist, filled with cinnamon & brown sugar, then topped with tangy cream cheese frosting. 
6. No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake
It’s no secret that I love cheesecake – so I’m definitely glad it’s one of your favorite desserts too. This no bake peanut butter cheesecake is so easy to make, has a deliciously creamy texture, and is basically one big peanut butter cup in cheesecake form. 
5. No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Bars
Speaking of no bake cheesecake – have you tried these no bake cherry cheesecake bars? Smooth & creamy with a crunchy graham cracker crust, and topped with cherry pie filling. 
4. Blueberry Oatmeal Crumble Bars
Instead of making fruit crisp, make these blueberry oatmeal crumble bars. They can be made with fresh or frozen berries, and I’ve definitely eaten them for dessert and for breakfast. 
Confetti squares are a super easy, no bake retro dessert. Whether your grandma made them for you as a kid or not – it turns out that people absolutely love this easy recipe. 
I posted these white chocolate brownies way back in January. And despite New Year’s resolutions – the recipe absolutely took off. They’r fudgy, dense and not the least bit cakey with a delicious white chocolate flavor.

And last but not least, the most popular new recipe of 2017 – strawberry buttercream frosting. To be 100% honest, I was a little shocked by how popular this recipe became. But hey, knowing that it’s to die for on cakes, cupcakes, brownies, or really just about anything – I probably shouldn’t have been surprised. It’s creamy, has the most delicious strawberry flavor, and the prettiest pink color.
